    Great win...tough loss. This may turn out to be a great series.....White for ND is an extremely good pitcher

    Clay Watson pitched for ND. Tough loss 4-3 in eight innings. Messer the W for SC. ND had them on the ropes 3-2 after 6 1/2. SC scores one in the seventh to tie and a couple miscues allow one in the 8th to win.

    Game 2 pitchers

    Radio announcers kept saying Bumgardner v. White in game three Sat. if necessary. Wouldn't ND come with White tomorrow night? Else, there may not be a game three???

    Wow. I'm too old for that. Great to see Joe Stanberry come through again. This team just refuses to lose. Now SC will probablly go with Brown tomarrow. I'm sure Bumgarner would have thrown if SC had lost. I look for ND to have to throw their ace tomarrow on short rest. It is do or die for them
