coach lowe we know that you took it without getting a kiss. you deserve much better. your record speaks for itself. your desire for the game and what you put back into the community (school ball, legion, local camps) will get you what you deserve eventually. keep working hard, don't give up on what you believe in, and things will turn to the better. you are not the only coach that has been shafted by administration, so don't let it get you down. :bsflag:(north forsyth)

No matter what, this will be your last year of not coaching HS baseball. With all of your friends on TBR and the coaching fraternity, next year you'll be sweating on your field, seeding grass, dragging the field and getting ready for tryouts. Relax and enjoy this year....it won't last long.

The best thing about all of this mess...we get to hook up at some games together; yell at the umpires and 2nd guess the coaches :woohoo: it will be fun. Don't forget to get Ackley to tag along.

It says something for a program when they produce kids who start on opening day for their college as freshmen.

It says even more when you have two kids do it.

It says even more than that when those teams are #2 and #3 in the country.

What's the deal at NORTH FORSYTH?

I find all this story unbelievable. It is absurd to think the school administrationn would hire someone outside of the school system, when before them, within their own school, they had Coach Lowe. I must say that with all the turnover with coaches at North, we all need to speak up. The school administation must be tight with the county administration to be able to get away with things like this. As many of you recall, Mr. Jessup (principal) asked the football coach during the season this past year to step down due to performance. The previous year, the basketball coach left because he was sick & tired of the administration and the "drama". My question is what is it going to take? For football, Mr. Jessup wanted the coach to win. Coach Lowe had one of the state's most winning records in high school baseball. Why in the world would he not fight to keep him? Strange. I think this is the worst thing to do to the kids. They are who suffers. Coach Lowe is a great, motivated coach, who will be snatched up by some team somewhere. We'll help find you a place Coach. You are an awesome coach, that worked very hard to build a program and you got crapped on. Jessup obviously didn't support the baseball team or think the program was important enough.
Keep your head up Coach. You did accomplish great things at North. And you deserve much more than what you have been given.

    North Forsyth Junior Varsity

Coach Moore is a really nice, caring person who is trying his best to coach the NF Junior Varsity team. He stepped in when no one else came forward.

However, someone needs to step forward now as an assistant coach. Someone with no ties to North Forsyth, has an uncanny knowledge of the game, demands respect and provides the leadership that is desperately needed.

This team is too talented to be deprived of an opportunity to succeed and grow fundamentally sound. These players are the future of the North Forsyth baseball program.

I follow the South Caldwell baseball team and I wanted to take time to let everyone know the impression our fans have of Coach Lowe. Yes North Forsyth had an unbelievably talented team last year; however, what was more impressive to me was the conduct and attitude of his team. In all my years of watching high school baseball this group of guys acted the most professional and mature I've ever seen. They conducted themselves in a manner that any school would be proud of.

Both South Caldwell and North Forsyth have a great fan base and really support their teams. The 3 game series last year was one of the best you will ever witness at this level. Even after going 30 - 0 to start the season and losing the final 2 games, North Forsyth's players and coaches handled the defeat better than I could have and were very complimentary and kind. Based on what I witnessed last year any high school would be lucky to have Coach Lowe running their baseball program. Best wishes to him.
