Today's Observer line score of North Meck's 11-0 win over West Charlotte has a big fat "0" in the hit column for the Lions.

North's Zach Rosenbaum was listed as the winning pitcher.

Does anyone know the particulars of this game? Did Zach finish the game or did the bullpen finish it?

Either way, congrats to Zach and the North Meck Vikings on the
    :nono: no-no/shut-out! :applause:

Zack pitched the first 3 innings. Alan Parks pitched the 4th, Benji Sheehan pitched the 5th.

The only baserunner was a "hit by pitch" in the first inning. Tyler Long caught one on the right kneecap. He had to leave the game in the bottom of the 1st after being hit.

In the Barn Burner over at Hopewell last night, two pitchers did exceptionally well.

Zack Butler, West Meck, 8 innings pitched, 0 runs
Andrew Cruse, Hopewell, 8 innings pitched, 1 run.
