The game has been moved back to ashe today with the varsity game starting at 4:30 and the jv game to follow. Alexander was very gracious in offering their field for watauga and ashe to play their games. Freedom also offered their field. This shows how well the nw4a works together. Coach Bolick and his staff were first class and Coach Vannoy at Watauga and his staff will return the favor if it is ever needed.

    AC- 2
    North Wilkes-0

Pierce had 15 strikeouts pitching a 2 hitter.
AC defense looked good with Gibson and Elder in OF and Johnson catching a shot at third.
AC couldn't keep it out of NW's gloves at SS and CF. Great job ladies. :pepper:

Courage is FEAR, that said it's PRAYERS.
    AC Reynolds 2-0

The Rockets are 2-0 so far this year with wins at West Henderson (4-1) and at Owen (6-5 in 10 innings). Their game with Tuscola was ppd because of weather and not sure when the make up date is set. Next game tomorrow (March 11th) at home against West Henderson. Scores and schedule can be found at www.biggreencountry.com
