    East improves to 20-2 (16-0). Corbin Shive pitched so he will not go Friday against NW Cabbarus the only true test left for the Mustangs as they try to run the table in the NPC.

    East Rowan 16-0
    Mooresville 12-4
    NW Cabarrus10-6
    South Rowan10-6
    North Iredell 7-9
    West Rowan 7-9
    Carson 6-10
    Lake Norman 6-10
    West Iredell 5-11
    Statesville 1-15

    Playoff Scenarios
    -East has obviously clinched the 1 seed
    -Mooresville clinches the 2 with a win or a NWC loss
    -NWC has the tiebreaker over SR due to its sweep over Mooresville; however, NWC still has ER remaining on the schedule
    -1-4 have clinched playoff berths
    -However, I can not tell you the possible tiebreakers between NI, WR, Carson, and LN. 2 of those teams will be guaranteed playoff berths.

    I think there are regular season games at the beginning of next week that will set the state playoff teams. I know East plays Statesville on Monday.
