    Kent Basinger started and pitched 2 but was injured his knee during play so Cody Laws pitched 3 strong innings in the 5 inn contest

    Basinger, from East Rowan, had to be transported from the field via ambulance. Justin Roland will pitch Friday against Mooresville, as Corbin Shive and Trey Holmes are fighting thru illnesses. Big blow for the Mustangs.

    Did NWC beat W.Rowan last night? Somebody told me that it was 4-0 in the 6th with NWC pitching a no-no (Ryan Overcash?)

    Yes Fanatic, NWC beat West 6-0 and Overcash finished with a 1 hitter, a single by Miclat.
