NPF Player Available For Pitching Lessons

    Former Wright State pitching standout and current Carolina Diamond player Sharon Palma is available to give pitching lessons in the Charlotte, Winston-Salem and Greensboro area including at Salem and Catawba Colleges.

    Sharon graduated from Wright State University in 2010, where she led WSU to the Horizon Conference Tournament Championship in 2008 and 2010. She was named the 2008 Tournament MVP and earned a spot on the 2009 All league team, the 2008 All league Newcomer team, and the 2008 All tournament team. In the Wright State record books, the 6 ft lefty is in second place for all time pitching appearances (120), player starts (93), and wins (46). She is also tied for first with most wins in a season (19), and ranks 3rd in strikeouts (360).

    After graduation, Palma served as a volunteer assistant coach at Michigan State University and played for the Akron racers of the NPF. She was recently by the Carolina Diamonds of the NPF.


    Again, Sharon is available to give lesson at Salem or Catawba Colleges or in the Winston-Salem or Charlotte areas.
