    Congrats NC teams!!!!

    The Troublemakers lost a tough one to the Hit-N-Run(Hickory, NC)6-4, then rebounded to beat the Storm(Va.) 9-0. Next game Thursday@10:45 vs the winner of Magic(Charlotte, NC) vs Greensboro Glare(Greensboro, NC).:banginghe
    Too bad that three strong NC teams have to beat each other on the way to some hardware!:trophy: Good Luck ALL NC teams!!!!!!:ylsuper:

    Congrats Greenboro Glare!!!!!!

    The Greensboro Glare beat the Carolina Troublemakers 7-6 in a very hard fought game. The Glare needs to win three in a row today to be able to come back tommorrow.:woot: :woohoo: :229031_ha :satana:

    Good Luck to the rest of the NC teams still playing for hardware!

    Sounds like the NC teams are having to beat up on each other..
    Too bad we can't get those out of state teams for every game !

    Hit-n-Run

    Hit-n-Run run lost 2 one run games Thursday to Diamond Fever(Va.)and Rampage(Va.) 6-5 and 2-1 to be eliminated from the World Series. All games were very well played. The Diamond Fever is one of the best teams I have ever played against. They should win it all from what I've seen so far. Despite having to come home early we had alot of fun together as a team and can't wait to go back! Moyer Park is absolutely beautiful and hope to get to play there soon.

    Diamond Fever 3

    The Angels will play the Virginia Beach Hawks Saturday monring to see who moves into the championship game in the winner's bracket.

    Carolina Angels win it all!

    The Carolina Angels win the NSA World Series Championship in Salem by going 8-0 in the tournament. The Angels went up against the Diamond Fever from Virginia in the championship game. We are so proud of all of our players!:trophy:

    Update From Columbus Ohio

    Fuquay Bombs Red 14U finished 9th (out of 102 teams) in the NSA "A" World Series.

    After winning our first 2 bracket games on Wednesday, and a rainout of all games on Thursday, we were sent to the losers bracket on Friday.

    Bombs 1
    Tampa Mustangs (FL) 3

    Bombs 6
    Red Hot Firecrackers (MA) 1

    This morning we were in the dubious position of playing back-to-back games all day. Won 3 before being eliminated in our fourth game of the day.

    Bombs 3
    Servna Park Green Hornets (MD) 0

    Bombs 6
    Niles Intensity (MI) 3

    Bombs 12
    Pittsburgh Power (PA) 6

    Bombs 0
    Tampa Mustangs 1 (first batter of game hit a solo HR, only score in game)

    Not bad for a first year 14U team!

    I know the 10U JC Clippers made it to the winners bracket final and the 10U Alexander Cubs lost to the Indy Dream in the other winners bracket semi-final. Good job by the 10U NC teams!
