I don't think alexander can finish top three with all the seniors they lost last year defensively. I think they can be a competitive team but i think they'll struggle a bit. Hibriten is my favorite followed by Hickory,Watauga, and then Foard. 5-7 can finish in any order.

Hibriten is going to be good, Hickory is always good, and that leaves the rest, anyones guess just how they will shake out.

I'll take a stab at it!
    1-Hickory
2-A.C. (I hope Harper will play Chapman and a couple of other both ways)
    3-Hibriten
    4-Watauga
    5-S.C.
    6-Foard
    7-St. Stephens

Whspioneers make a prediction, you didn't have a problem picking Watauga first in volleyball. By the way I agree will that pick.

1.Hibriten-Returning a good core of players from last years team.Their best running back graduated but still have a good amount of players.

2.Alexander Central-Return a good qb and rb.Had a pretty good jv team last year and a decent one the year before. The kids love Harper from what I hear.I would say they may be a year away from being very good.Tough Schedule early

3.Hickory-Im not sure what they return but always have the players to be in the mix.Parks is back I think.

4-7 is a toss up I think. Foard I think lost alot from last years 9-3 team, but they still return the Owens kid who is one heck of a running back.

Watuaga and South are both well coached and could sneak up on any body who overlooks them.Pruitt and Carter both seem to get their respective teams to play hard.

Saint Stephens has improved alot over the past few years and is another team no one should take lightly.

Overall this conference is not really a bad one at all.I think 1-3 could be a toss up as well.

ac has 2 good rbs that can both go for a 100 yds a game if given the ball.

Amen. I really think Alexanders strong points will be running the ball not only with the two RB's but the QB too. Defensively they should be a phenomenal run stopping defense.
