Courage is FEAR, that said it's PRAYERS.
    AC Reynolds 69 (OT)
    Enka 66

This was probably the most frustrating :banginghe night of hoops I have witnessed in a LONG time. Both ACR boys and girls were in foul trouble ALL night (the boys lost 74-72 on a last second shot). Anyway, back to the foul problems ACR girls were up 15 at one time in the early in the 3rd when it seemed the officials took over. Yes, ACR made mistakes but Enka was on the line all night and in the boys game 3:34 into the FIRST period ACR had committed 11 fouls (to Enka's 2), and committed 19 total in the first half (to Enka's 8)!! The second half of the girls game was much the same way. Just glad that night is OVER just very frustrating :banginghe and glad our girls managed to pull out a win!

On another note, I hate that McDowell didn't handle Providence Day, I am one that pulls for NW4A as well! I'll also be stunned if they don't handle Enka, don't be fooled by ACR's score, the game was kept closer then it should have been. I see McDowell having much more talent then Enka.

Watauga falls to a very good W. Central team. Watauga stuck with them for about 3 minutes and then the flood gates opened up. Final was 73-30. Amy Will dropped in 28 for Wilkes Central. That girl can shoot.

Watauga hosts West Forsyth tonight. We will see if the Pioneers can regroup and get back in the right direction.

    Reynolds vs. Enka

My My My another Reynolds fan blaming the officials,:blah: You would think you would turn the page and find another excuse. Great girls game that went into overtime. Enka just did not get going until the second half.
