    TC Roberson 79
    McDowell 72 (OT)

McDowell had as high as 13 point lead in the first half, Roberson cut the lead to eight at the half. Then Roberson scores six straight points to start the 2nd half and from that point through end of regulation it was back and forth. Roberson went on a 9-2 run in overtime to seal the victory.

Kurie Washington and Lea Smith scored 22 points, Kelsea Greene scored 14 and Ebonique Hamilton scored 12.

It looked as if McDowell would have no problem with this game, then a few turnovers, and all of a sudden it was close again.

This may be good because it exposed some flaws, especially on defense. McDowell cannot be swept by Reynolds, South, Freedom, or East Burke if they want a shot at the conference title. I believe the players are there, it's just time to put it all together.

That being said, Roberson has a good team and are very well coached.
