With scrimmages scheduled for this week, what is the outlook on the NW4A this year? It should be a lot closer this year. Who are the leading contenders, teams to watch out for, and darkhorses?

The only player I seen for Alexander Central was Bryan Corbett in the I-40 league. He is stud on the mound as well as the plate. I expect he will the lead the team. They also have some sophmore that is supposed to be real good but I don't know his name.

As for South Caldwell, the Madison Bumgarner kid is a stud. I expect he will be even better this year than last year. The Justice guy should carry the team on his shoulders with his superior stick.

This is the way the NW4A will fold out. Alexander always has a great team, sure they lost alot last year but you have to see they had 9 juniors on the bench last year that would have started at any other school in their confrece. South caldwell will be good also but will fall short of Alexander. AC Renolds and wataga will battle out for third but wataga will take that spot. Then you will have freedom, Mcdowell, and then East Burke.

    1. Alexander
    2. South Caldwell
    3. Wataga
    4. AC Renolds
    5. Freedom
    6. Mcdowell
    7. East Burke
