    Probably.....but it will save you some money versus going to Carowinds. The ride will be fun!!!!!!

    I heard at the basketball game that coach Swink is not going to coach baseball at East Burke. Anyone confirm this? And if true who is going to coach? They said something about coach Comer is at East Burke just teaching. What a waste if he isn't on the diamond.

    I heard the same rumor regarding Coach Swink. Hope its not true. Can anyone confirm? If so, what happened?

    Let's get this one going again, any predictions or recent news?

    I hear South and Watauga are going to be at the top again this year! Should be exciting!

    I think East Burke and McDowell could be surprises this year. No one talked about East Burke at the beginning of last year and they come out of no where to finish 2nd. They have Rhoney back to lead the pitching staff and only lost I think 3 other starters. Any word on the coaching situation? McDowell lost their top 2 pitchers but have alot coming back. I talked with some of the parents at legion games this past summer and they feel good about things in Marion. I know the 2nd baseman on our legion team was a player. As scrappy as I have seen. Watch out for them. I don't know alot about the other teams but I think these could surprise some like East Burke did last year. Freedom lost Reggie to Patton so probably another rebuilding year. But I am hearing good things about the work their coach is doing to get more players out. Have to remmeber thay lost practically their whole lineup to Patton 2 years ago.
