    Wilson Boyd slams a 2 run home run in the bottom of the 6th to lead Hickory to the come from behind victory. Justin Dickson and Greg Baker combined to pitch the 5 hitter for the Tornadoes. Josh Bowles pitched well for Alexander Central.

    Hickory moves to 14-5 on the year while Alexander Central falls to 12-5.

    South Caldwell 2 Ashbrook 5

    Lp Matt Gragg went 4 and 2/3 gave up all 5 run
    Jimmy Messer 2 and 1/3 did a nice job in relief no runs
    this kid is going to be really good

    Spartans hittings Justice 2 for 4 2RBI's a 2 run homerun in the 1st
    Colt Seter 2 for 4
    Brad Hardee 1 for 3
    Brandon Williams, Shane Clawson, and Kolt Hilton also had 1 hit.

    Alexander Central beat East Burke 5-1 last night. I wasn't there so I don't know any details of the game. If someone was there, could you give us details. Who pitched, hit well, etc. Thanks

    ACHS improves to 13-5 and 8-1 in conference

    Kelly McLain went the distance for the cougars. 7 innings 1 run(earned) 6 hits 10 strikeouts 0 walks with the win he goes to 6-3 on the year.

    Durant Barr west 4 for 4 hit a solo HR and had 3 singles 2 RBI
    Harrington had 2 hits as well
