    Varsity
    AC - 5
    SC - 1

    Girls just making it happen. Great team effort good D and good bats tonight.
    Pierce gets the win with 12k's and 3 hits.

    JV's also won tonight giving them the JV conf. champs. Way to go ladies.

    GO COUGARS!!

    I only know 1 - 3 AC, ACR, SC

    Would like to add that it has been my privilege to know and watch Heather Pritchard. Man she is competitive to the max. Great girl!!! Wishing success in her future.

    First Round of Conference Tournament.......

    AC Reynolds shut out Freedom for a third time this year 4-0, to advance to the semi-finals of the NW4A tournament Wednesday at Alexander Central vs the winner of the East Burke/South Caldwell game. Not the best offensive game ACR has played all year, but the pitching and defense was there all day, and that is what really matters come tournament time!

    Down 8-1 going to the 5th, Watauga made a comeback, but had a runner thrown out in the 6th at the plate that would've tied the game.

    Why has the NW4A Conference tournament been moved to Concord without anyone telling any of the teams? I believe I posted the previous post about tournament time under "NW4A Scores", so obviously I was talking about the NW4A Conference Tournament. If I were refering to the playoffs, I would had said "Playoff Time".

    I think they are talking about the 1st Round of the 4A State Playoffs
