NW4A TOURNAMENT PAIRINGS

HEY GUYS HERE WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. A PLAYER SHALL NOT EXCESSIVELY SWING THE ELBOW EVEN WITHOUT CONTACTING A OPPENT. PENTLY THE BALL IS DAED WHEN THE VIOLATION OCCORS AND THE BALL IS AWARDED TO THE OPPONENTS FOR A THROW IN FROM A DESIGNED OUT OF BOUND SPOT NEAREST THE VIOLATION! I REF HIGH SCHOOL GAMES AND THIS IS A HARD CALL TO MAKE! I HOPE THIS HELP, ITS STRAIGHT OUT OF THE 2004-2005 RULES BOOK.(PAGE 59 SECTION 13):xyzthumbs

 

Thanks jvcoach...from what I have seen, most of the kids called for this violation probably would not be swinging the elbows to hold their ground if the defenders were not hanging on them....but that is my biased view from the stands....hopefully I will get a better look from courtside soon enough...
