NW4A - Week 11

you may not be a pioneer but you're certainly no friend of ACR! The rockets won the state fair and square. But not in the NW4A week 11, lets drop this crap and focus on whats going on this week

haha South would make some new friends! but i think theres a greater chance of ACR hitting 100 than them being held to 7!

 

once again appletes extensive knowledge of high school football is on display

 

not to disrupt the love being shown here between Watauga and Reynolds in this conversation but I have never believed in the ol "they make our conference better" agrument in terms of high school football. This isn't college where you can bring in the kids in hopes of challenging the Big Dog, it's high school where you deal with the cards you have been dealt with and then pray for luck.

Crest made the claim back in the 90's that "they" made the NW4A better. But when all was said in done they beat pretty much left the conference as it was when they arrived (beating everyone 42-7, 51-7). Freedom was the only team to ever beat Crest in the 90's and that's because they've always had the most talent outside of Crest.

The same over the past 5 years can be said of AC Reynolds. Trust me, the Rockets has not made teams like McDowell, South Caldwell, Alexander Central or Freedom better. East Burke and Watauga has been competitive only because they are hitting a good streak with their talent base.

 

I am gaining knowledge of other things though,...........today I learned what a douche bag is.......

 

Watauga is quickly becoming a bystander as ACR faces Applete

I am not ACR. And the rockets play south caldwell this week
