    Just heard South beat Freedom. Can anyone confirm? I'm taking the night off. Too many 50-plus weeks for me.

    Yes, South Caldwell beat the Freedom Patriots by about ten points, dont remember the exact score,
    In a wild and wolly game, no quarters ask, none given....

    With E. Burke beating Mcdowell and SC beating Freedom I think 5 teams have 1 loss now. Looks like the nw4a may be fun this year after all. I am honestly more surprised at the East Burke win than the SC win. Gravel is doing a heck of a job at EB. I ready to hand her coach of the year right now if she don't win another game. Just kidding there but she is getting the most out of her girls
