Wow,BigDan I thought about picking Reynolds to upset Freedom but Thad say's those loses to good teams have made them a better team so I'm going to trust him this week.

Well, looking at the picks so far on here nobody was picking Reynolds to win. So for me it would be best if I took the Lady Rockets. As far as the game itself goes, I think it has potential to be a very good game. I was impressed Saturday with Reynolds...they went down Taylorsville and Icard on consecutive nights and won both games. I think a lot of people expected them to drop the game to East Burke if for nothing because of fatigue. I said at the very beginning of the season that AC Reynolds had the potential of beating out East Burke and Freedom for the #2 spot in conference...well tonight will be HUGE for them if they beat Freedom down in Morganton.

Some things that I think are in favor of Reynolds is that they may exploit Freedom's lack of interior. It will be very interesting to watch how Freedom plays it defensively. It they go straight man-to-man at some point, who defends Brinkley and who defends Taylor? I also think the lack of interior could allow someone like Cabral to put up some numbers tonight. The other thing that favor Reynolds is the fact that in recent years they've had the Lady Patriots number, especially in Morganton. The one thing that Reynolds does not have compared to past years is the explosive 3-point capability. If Reynolds does lose it may be because Ford has a hot shooting night for Freedom and Reynolds may not be able to keep up with it.

Good Choice Tony!! It paid off, hard fought game. I believe we were deeper and in a little better shape. AC is good though and will/can beat anyone on any night. Brinkley is a beast for ACR, we held her to two points in the first half. Our post players played great..

Everyone on here picked WHS to go down in flames. I think we surprised some people tonight. Keep Washington off the damn line and quit turning the ball over and you beat McDowell by 15 but we didn't.

We arn't the creme puffs of last year guys.
