    Stephanie, Heather, and Kerri are all at Lees McRae
    Talia Freeman from Watauga is a soph at Lees Mcrae
    I've heard Melina Rucker from Watauga is at Lees Mcrae playing, but I don't know that for sure. She origionally attended Charleston Southern. She sat out last season, so is eligible to play if attending Lees McRae now.

    Monica Crouse Alexander attends Lenoir Rhyne
    Sarah Cox South Caldwell attends Lenoir Rhyne


    I'm sure there's more, but don't know who and where. East Burke has a couple playing. These are more recent. There are still several playing from a few years ago. Candace Shelton(Watauga), Beth McSwain(Crest), and Christa Hicks(Crest) all play for Appalachian.

    its was mentioned in another post that charlotte teams were playoff winners(state champs) for the last 6 or 7 years.......sounds like the NW4A Players are the truely winners as well!! Wins are sweet but developing players is just as special, IMO. Keep up the good work up in Boone and the surrounding areas you cover.....alot of people appreciate your hard work, committment and dedication to todays female student/athletes! :thumbsup:
