    Good luck to all the guys off to school for their first taste of College life and College Baseball. Congratulations on reaching your goal. Time to set some new ones and go after those.

    Remember; If you are not sure if you should, then you probably shouldn't.

    I've seen this guy before but can't name him..... That intense, yet slightly glazed look.... Is this the old coach/site director from Mt. Pleasant High School? What's his name?

    Better not leave any trash in his dugouts!

    Advice to college students/baseball players

    GO TO CLASS!

    If you go 5 for 5 with 3 home runs, double, and triple, or 0 for 5 with 5 strikeouts - GO TO CLASS!

    If you throw a perfect game or can't get out of the 1st inning - GO TO CLASS!

    In short - GO TO CLASS!

    If you make a habit of going 0-5 with 5 strikeouts.

    Hey Gray, I'm wondering from where you draw your pearls of wisdom. Any advice stated with such conviction, such as the above , and your sage advice about happiness being in direct proportion to the frequency of being able to indulge in a cold beer, must surely be drawn from one's own experience. Ah, but your experiences served you well. You evolved from truant, to truant officer. And a happy one at that!!
