Organizational Allegiance

Great question for all....

Do you treat your travel ball teammates, coaches, etc. better than family or worse? I personnally will TRY to go the extra mile to make sure all is happy, even with fried and baked turkey...LOL We usually ask ahead to see what everyone can eat and make or bring as much as possible. On the travel ball side, my DD is taught to get a feel for the dugout. If someone is unhappy with playing time, she asks the coach if she could sit the next game to allow the unhappy player time to contribute. She will not say why unless the coach asks her. A lot of times the girls will handle it themselves IF you have a good group. I like the parents who ask about fundraisers and even help with them. Still love the posts! Merry CHRISTmas!
