Great hearing from you Bob ....

Anyone who has a pitcher in their family suffers from P.P.S. ... (Pitcher's Parent Syndrome). I've heard the female version is commonly called PMS, but I won't go there ....

Congrats to Arik ... He's a fine pitcher and young man.

    PPS

PPS is a terrible condition. You can be on cloud nine one minute and valley 9 the next. You have to try to maintain as even a keal as possible. We want the very best for our kids.

Congrats Bob. I have heard that Arik has REALLY been throwing well. That showed real guts to not even flinch and go on with the business at hand. USC may very well be the OMAHA Trophy owners in June.

I know there are a lot of NC kids doing well in college but I am partial to the 03 class. The 03 class fans also seem to be more willing to share info.

Keep it coming. Can't get enough.

great having you on the site fvbb2003 ... (and I would hazard a guess that fv stands for Fuquay-Varina .. meaning that you guys are great rivals of the Garner grads).......

Keep us updated with everything that's going on ........

    Great guess

Your guess would be correct. I am an '03 FVBB dad. My son Adam and Caleb fittingly had their college debut at the same time. Dejavue all over again. It was a memory put in permanant storage.

    fv ...

Prepster is always bragging on your guy ... and it's easy to see why. What a way to start a year .. 4 hitless innings. I want to see the matchup between UNC/NC State this season..... whatta barn-burner.

Freshman Josh Haire, formerly of Mooresville, hit his first collegiate home run last week for Belmont Abbey......a GRAND SLAM!

Congrats to Josh. I saw him in a game at Catawba last week. He played well in the field and had 3 hits. It looks like he has gotten a little bigger since I last saw him and has obviously increased the pop in his bat. Great kid from a really big baseball family. Good luck for the future.
