    Sample Topics

    Here are a few topics that i'm most interested in hearing from successful baseball coaches in HS, College, Legion, and Showcase.

    1. Middle school baseball - waste of time? or valuable to players?
    2. JV HS baseball - waste of time? or valuable to players?
    3. Baseball Off Season - define your offseason timeline? And, assuming you have one, how should a player spend their time?
    4. Strength Training for baseball - what's your approach? what do you value? How has that changed over the years. Resources?
    5. Arm Care - what's your approach? your priorities? your guidelines?
    6. Skill vs Strength vs. Speed/Agility - when do you work on what?
    Alot of these are off-season topics, but maybe not.
