    Owen- WEST Henderson

    Owen defeated West henderson 1-0 in 9 inn. S Burnette was dominate as was the North Henderson pitcher. Both of the young ladies will be tough to beat any day. Well played game on both sides..Owen was able to defend the short game today.C Christ led off the bottom of 9 with hard single to center moved to second on a bunt..W.Davis hit behind the runner to move her to third and scored on B. Buckners hit to right. Second game in a row C. Christ has come up big, Buckner has been our best hitter for average and power. W.Henderson has great team..

    is West Henderson in your conference? How do you see the conference panning out this year? Will Owen be the #1 seed or will Pisgah go back to back championships?

    W Henderson-Owen- Pisgah

    Owen split with w.henderson and pisgah last year..pisgah is the favotite at this point, their pitching is 4 deep and have lots of good rerurning players...West has lost to Owen and plays pisgah on tuesday,owen is at pisgah friday...by the end of the week we will know the direction .its gonna be a great race It would seem a three way:but ; Look How Erwin has put them selves.in their race.. their front line pitcher has returned.....Anders, Morrow,Styles and others have played high level traveling ball. they could make good run for the play offs
