Paige Brugh Commits - Charlotte Cobras

    Paige Brugh, senior first baseman from Indian Land HS, has given her verbal commitment to Coach Joe Elston at Newberry. Paige will sign her NLI this week. Paige has been with the Cobras for almost three years. In her time with us she has been our primary first baseman and has hit anywhere from one to five in our order. Paige is a true athlete who can hit for power, drop down a perfect bunt and use her speed to put pressure on defenses. Paige has also been a great role model in the classroom and will be rewarded well by the state of SC and Newberry for those efforts. We are very proud of Paige for her athletic and academic accomplishments which are now paying off even more. We want to wish Paige a happy and healthy senior year!

    Stay tuned for a couple more commitments to be announced soon.
