    I have driven past this place for several weeks and stopped in last week. Amazing facility and equipment dedicated to helping young athletes increase speed...surely a key differentiator in baseball, and other sports. Their brochure speaks to speed enhancement through strength and agility training focusing on linear speed improvement and change of direction improvement. They also have a program called P.E.A.K targeted for high performance high school and college athletes who are seeking a step up to the next level.

    Located on US 21 on the right just south of Exit 28....

    Facility and staff are very impressive....worth a look if you live in the North Mecklenburg or South Iredell areas.
