    Here is a good article on Adam Hydzu a Pittsburgh Pirates Outfielder. 12 years in the minors but he finally made it.

    I love those stories....and the one commonality between all make-good stories is ...committment!

    Setting goals..making plans to achieve those goals...and interest = Failure

    Setting goals..having a plan...and committment = Success
