PGF National Championship

The Lady Lightning Gold Team Miken is one of the final 8 teams in the winners bracket of the PGF Premier National Championship. LLGTM beat the Corona Angels Tyson 4 -3 to reach the final 8. Marisa Runyon ('13 Alabama) hit a 2 run HR and Cayln Adams ('14 Miss State) had a 2 run single to lead LLGTM over the Angels and their ace ('14 Alabama).

The ladies face 3 time defending PGF National Champions, SoCal Athletics and their ace ('13 Florida) in the quarterfinal, at 8:00 PM Thursday.

The LLGTM ladies lost a hard fought 3 -1 decision to the SoCal Athletics and their ace, Delanie Gourley ('13 Florida). Lauren Batten ('13 North Carolina) and Regan Green ('15 Miss State) combined to pitch a strong game for the Lightning.
