    SS-05 -Give us a run down of how the PT-3a is shaping up for the spring. NE Guilford has to be the favorite going in. Glenn lost alot in losing the Lanes and Marion.

    NE with rhp/3rd Mitch Atkins -rhp/c Justin Brown and ss Jeremy Synan are going to be tough.

    Glenn has the Caldwell brothers rhp /ss Ryan and of/rhp Zac returning along with rhp/cf Toni Morini and c Barry Hill!

    Dudley has super fast of Travis Moore!

    SW Guilford will feature rhp Rhett Ballard!

    Will need help on the rest of conference.

    Glenn is always the front runner in this conf. They are well coached and seem to have an endless supply of j.v. talent. Rockingham, Morehead, and Smith will be good enough to force you to pitch your best pitchers against them. Remember last season Smith beat Glenn. I'm not sure what talent is returning at Southwest but Reid Holmes teams are always prepared and well coached. Northeast Guilford will field an experienced team, except for Synan the starters should all be seniors. Besides Brown and Atkins we have a third pitcher in Cliff Poole that can dominate games at times. I know several juniors that should compete for playing time and we have a very talented sophmore in Nathan Cockman that should contribute a lot. As we all know a lot of good players don't guarantee a good team. Coach Lawing is a very hard worker and if they come together they should be better than last years 20-5 team.
