Piedmont Triad Conference

    So after a couple weeks of play, what teams are real contenders and which teams are pretenders?

    NWG looks to be the real deal
    SWG have they been tested yet?
    HPC can they win when they have a 2 or 3 game week with their pitching staff?
    EF several 10th graders are logging several innings
    Glenn they are always good and is this their year?

    well the team you left out - Ragsdale just handed NW Guilford their first loss of the season. Beat them 10-2 tonight in Jamestown. Matt Horkey with the complete game win. Everybody contributed tonight. Cesar Trejo with a 2 run HR. Good defense, good pitching and good hitting. Ragsdale is 3-1 in the conference now. It is going to be a dogfight to the end.

    Wow! That opens up the conference race again. Just goes to show us all how much good baseball is in this conference. SWG beat Glenn tonight and East was off. East I saw has a tough road the next 2 weeks. Anyone can loose to anyone on any given night.
