Is the Pineville vs. Charlotte Legion game still on schedule for 5/26 @ 7:00?

I was wondering how far the Charlotte Legion teams went into the play-offs last year. I wasnt sure since up here in Area 3 you have always been known as the weaker division.

The soup was sticking to the sides of the pot , so i stirred it a few times .

Leave it to Coach to stir that pot too :D

I think that what you will find this year, that will be different from years past is that the closing of a number of Legion programs around Charlotte has allowed certain teams to become stronger.

But they still face some dilution of talent simply because there are many more Showcase teams in Charlotte that forces the city to spread the wealth....but that Pineville team is for real. They have quite a number of very talented kids playing on that team.

I haven't seen Charlotte Post roster yet, so I can not comment on their strength.

But I don't think Pineville is skeered of no Rowan team this year.

There aren't many teams that have better pitchers than Daniel Bard and Charles Vartainian...the speed of Chris Carrara and Matt Hill....and probably more importantly, the undying support of Braves :D

In last year's Legion playoffs, Charlotte Post 262 beat Burke County in the first round, and then went 7 games against a very good Shelby team, before losing in the final game of that series. Shelby went on to finish second in the State playoffs.
