    Now, now JM. You maybe be right in the sense to be truly a rival the other team needs to win a game against said opponent every now and then. :clapclap:

    I suppose recruiting classes can be judged ahead of time, but really you have to re-evaluate a couple of years from now, after the smoke clears. As it stands now, ECU is a Top 20 program. They were one step away from Omaha last year, like N.C. State was 2 years ago. ECU has most of their pitching back. Their biggest concern is probadly replacing some their big hitters that graduated (Wood, Batts, Schieber, & Henderson). When the super-regionals are played next year I expect the Pirates to still be playing.

    Not hardly...after such a promising Freshman year...he really regressed last year. And hasn't had a great Fall from what I understand. He will get some bullpen innings because he does have good stuff...just no one knows where it went to.
