    This should be a great clinic for this area, Charlie Dobbins is a great instructor and has a lot of experience. He had a clinic in Raleigh a couple of weeks ago that filled up.
    I hope to see a lot of girls take advantage of his knowledge.

    We will have video equiptment onsite for anyone wanting to
    tape and capture individual performance.
    Please bring your own VHS tape

    3. Pitching Mechanics - 3 measures of the fastpitch motion
    1. power

    4. Pitching Mechanics - 4 principals
    1. alignment with the power line
    2. spacing
    3. posture
    4. sequencing
    5. Catchers Call charts
    6. Catchers pop time
    7. Velocity measurement

    Hitting camp 100pm - 400pm

    1. Proper Warm up Techniques
    2. Preseason Preparation
    3. Breaking down the College Swing
    1. stance
    2. negative movement
    3. toe touch
    4. heel plant
    5. connection
    6. bat lag
    7. contact
    8. extension
    9. finish
    4. Science of Hitting
    5. Bunting and Slapping
    6. Measurement of bat speed
    7. Video capture


    This should be an informative and very hands on camp...
    I am also pleased to announce that Bobby Hunt, 2x Men's Fast-Pitch
    All American pitcher will be helping me with this camp.
