Hey watch those guys that will work for food. They get in you house next thing you know evertything gone. Trust the player that will play for food. My son has a couple that help clean out leftovers and move to the next one. :FIMunching06::FOFastpizza::lurk5::FODIeat2:

Ken Shuey, of the Greater Raleigh Fall Baseball League, does a good job working with pitchers and increasing their velocity

    Shuey

Ken is a mechanics guy. His background is in engineering... as well as being Paul Shuey's Dad. He has a book on the mechanics of throwing titled "You Can Throw Harder, an engineer's approach to developing more velocity".
Ken is really the guy to see for the more advanced pitcher, in other words, the kid that already has the basics as mentioned by "cbsconsult". Mr. Shuey can help get a couple more mph's that can open up the door for a pitcher that wants to get to the next level.

Another guy at CBC is Mike Gardner. Pitched in the majors and can teach kids how to throw a changeup which is the most underrated pitch in baseball.
