    Tie breaker is decided on the following
    1-Head to Head
    2-How you and the other team fared against the teams ahead of you. Whoever defeated on of the higher seeds gets the higer seed for the playoffs

    This is not TB. There are tie breakers in place within each conference and MR got beat out on a tie breaker. It happens yearly in conferences throughout NC.

    What's up with the nchsaa? Are they gonna wait till the day before the first games to announce the brackets?

    Yes, it could be the day before or even the day of the first round games. Those that are playing on Tuesday will know or probably already know. Patience is a virtue and that is one virtue that will be tested now.

    Coach Shannonhouse, the NCHAA person that is in charge of female sports has had her hands full with track for the past few days. The brackets should be filled in on Monday, I am sure the teams that will play on Tues, which should be everyone as that is the last day for first round play, know or will by Monday. I know we play at Butler at seven PM on Tuesday the 13th. I just don't know who yet. I guess I will know when they get off the bus.

    Some conference tournaments did not finish up until this afternoon.

    Should be a set date (earlier) that those must be done by. Baseball has already finished up their first round and we don't even know who we play yet.

    .....as your username suggests to us that you're with the Central Davidson team. As in having a very talented squad with one of the best pitchers in the state. Why are you concerned with what 4th seeded team that you face? No offense meant here brother. But I'm asking a legit question. And good luck in the states!!!!
