Playoff History

I'm not as old as our buddy Braves, so I'll keep the facts to the more recent years. I'd also like to stay in the 4A bracket. I'll give this a shot for starters.

'04 Indy/Coltrane had a great run. Fell short of a title by one game.

'03 Myers Park led by Woodard/Wilson combo also had a 2nd place finish.
N. Forsyth finished in the final four
1st Rd: South Meck lost to N. Forsyth 1-0
Providence doubled up by Central Cab. 8-4
East Meck heartbreaking loss @ S. Caldwell 3-2
M.P. got by Hopewell 1-0

'02 Fuquay-Varina wins it all
S. Caldwell had success against Meck. teams in the 1st Rd. in '02 & '03
South Meck(20-5) and East Meck(20-6) not invited to the show

'01 Lee County Yellow Jackets claim title

'00 Apex JH Rose champs in '97 & '99 '96 belongs to Lee '95 Providence
'93 and '94 New Hanover '89 S. Meck '88 Ray Durham and Harding
'84 Independence '82 S. Caldwell

Now, I'm confident that Braves and others will fill in any pieces they choose. Just wanted to get this post started with some fun facts.

if i remember correctly west forsyth finished 2nd behind fuquay in 02went to the third round last year, and has been in the playoffs in 99, 00, 01,02,04 and now in 05
