    The NCHSAA says that any postponements must be rescheduled for the next available day, including Saturday, and that they're to be notified no later than Friday, 3:00PM. Game times will be agrred upon by both teams.

    Is there any situations that are similar to what AC had to deal with a few years back when they had to go on the road and play a team that shared the field with a team that also had a home game. It was the other teams turn to use the field and thus AC had to travel and play a different day, which ended up being Thursday.

    Don’t think so.

    Only shared fields I know of are RJ Reynolds and Parkland share in Winston but Parkland didn’t make the playoffs. And High Point Andrews shares with High Point Central. Central is a 10th seed so is on the road. Andrews plays Kinston at home. So no conflict with those fields this year. If Central and Andrews win they’ll probably both be on the road next week so no conflicts then either.

    I saw on another board that that announcement was a screw up. It was the soccer game postponed and the football was still on for Friday.
