    #9 Millbrook 49
    #1 Garner 35

If you saw the game then you realize how bad the officiating was, yet millbrook still pulled it out. This Millbrook team has a lot of heart and a lot of talent.

If the AD didn't have the proper paperwork in hand, then he shouldn't be playing anyway. Seems to me that I read that in the North Carolina High School Athletic Association Rules....... When are we going to stop blaming someone else and taking pity on someone that wants to take advantage of the system.... Put the blame where the blame goes. It is the HEAD COACH's and the AD's responsibility to make sure that each player is leagal.

Well IMHO it is the HEad Coaches responsibility to "monitor" academic progress and to take steps to "help" kidsd be eligible..YET it is the AD's "job" to insure, period!
BTW: That Richmond East East Meck game must have been a barn burner....Likewise wouldnt Scotland being beat be considered an upset?

    Watauga 52
    Central 36
EB 316 rushing, 6 TDs both personal bests

    Reynolds 21
    Swett 22
If the Reynolds fans ever come back I'd love to hear how this happened...

You could call East Burke-Scotland an upset but I wouldn't, the cavs are a very talented team

It's not usually an upset when the higher seed wins. I understand that Scotland is/was a good team but when the higher seed with a better record wins, it's never an upset.
