I know its tough on Stan. Right now we are 2A/3A. Next year I think we are going to be 3A/4A. That should be "fun".

Just got to comment on Central Davidson pitcher (Chelsea Leonard) got to be one of the best in the COUNTRY, can't see anyone beating them if she is on.................

Glad to see Butler move up, still undefeated should be #1. If they had a high profile coach they would be ! ND got spanked 4-0 , 16 k's ,2 losses & they drop 1 pos. You coaches are making a mockery of the polls. Playoff time is just around the corner, ya'll have fun with your voting, cause the last poll you can't determine top 4 baby.

 

Thanks again Mic. (I love that name) With us its not about the coach. Ita the girls that play the game We work hard on fundamentals and help to improve on the tools they each have, but its all them when blue calls "play Ball" The three of us feel good coaches are like good umpires and the good umpires are invisible during the game.

 

It just burns me up when it is so obvious we have a popularity contest going on. You should stand on your record.

1 loss - 2-?
2 losses so on

Strength of schedule does play a small part. But when playoff time comes 1 loss, you go home. So IMO losses should play a big part of ranking. But I think Harnett Central has 4 losses, and look where their ranked.

First let me say that I am glad to see the NW4A teams in the polls. The question is does Freedom not have 6 losses; they are #10? Is a six loss team the tenth best team in the state? Post the records of all the teams with the polls and the coaches voting will have to be a little more realistic. No disrespect to Freedom you are having a good season and good luck in the playoffs. Also Undefeated is just that, this late in the season give Butler the respect of #1

But going back to wins and losses, ND , AC have 2 losses, probably should be lower. Not wanting to start a big fuss, it will all come out in the wash in a couple of weeks.

But the loses to both teams were by #1's and either in extra innings or 1-0 games, you know it has to do with who get's a break or 2. but after Butler it is a toss up, well maybe after the first 4 or 5, either way you are right it will soon be known........I think teams that will make it to Raleigh are in the top 6.
