    Where is the game being played? Should be a good game tonight. Lexi Davis headed to Auburn. Chelsea Wilkinson headed to Georgia. Who will come out on top?

    The game is at Alexander at 6.....Should be a great game and two good pitchers going at it, I would have to think who ever wins this will win state...

    You Never Know!

    You know thats why we don't get paid for thinking. There is another side to the 4a West bracket. Southeast Guilford has been off everyones radar all year, but look were they are now. No they don't have a D1 pitcher, what they do have is a desire to win and something to prove. They are also a group of players with good talent and who know how to play the game well. Tonight could be their last night or it could be North Davidsons last night. If they win or lose Porter Ridge or AC could have some tough games ahead of them. The college regionals this past weekend is a great example of fastpitch softball - you just never know!

    Best of luck to both teams tonight and the rest of the way!Both pitchers have a bright future and you hate to see one lose but that is what it is all about.

    This may have been on of the best games ever. PR 1 AC 0.
    Wilerson may have had 20 strikeouts and a perfect game going into the 7th.
    Courtney PRice got a hit, and AC chose to walk Lexi Davis intentionally. Caleigh Jonas got a second hit which scored a run. PR had 2 hits. In one inning AC had a runner on 3rd with one out and couldnt score.

    Porter Ridge wins...

    PR won 1-0. AC pitcher had 20 K's. PR got a double and a single to score 1 run, that's the word I heard.

    CONGRATS PORTER RIDGE!

    Way to go PR, not only was it a fantastic game that was truly a pitchers duel, a pleasure to watch...great job Lexi Davis and the entire PR team!!
