    Any comments on the game.

    comment about the NCHSSA....thanks

    Talk about the game if it happens...

    If NWC loses to Statesville in the NPC championship
    game tonight then Statesville will play Ragsdale and
    NWC will go to a wildcard.

    Your right if Statesville wins tonight,,,, then again lets look at it from another perspective with NW winning tonight,,,,,,, a Northwest win tonight would allow them to keep the #2 seed from the NPC and then wouldn't NW then travel to Ragsdale next Tuesday themselves? Talk about a 1st round matchup,,,,,, NW vs. Rags would be huge.

    so much for the top ranked team in the state getting an easy first round game. Of course there will be a lot of tough first round games.

    Ragsdale has Mullins lined up to pitch with plenty of rest and the Tigers have been hitting the cover off the ball lately.

    But the worst thing is ------ I won't be there :(

    Wossa, I read over on "another board" where some were giving the Ragsdale coach a hard time for not pitching Mullins last night in your conf tournament finals,,, of course next Tuesday is when it REALLY counts so I don't blame the coach AT ALL for saving his ace. Your coach "KNEW" who he was facing next Tuesday and quite possibly I believe this will be the best 1st round game in the state. I've said all season long since I saw Ragsdale back in Feb that they were deserving of the #1 ranking in the state,,,, but let me tell you, this NW bunch can hit. This is the same bunch of hitters that went to the state finals last year, they just lost 2 pitchers from last year's team. Trevor is certainly one of the best, but he'll have to bring his A game on Tuesday,,,,, an A- performance won't be enough with these NW hitters. The Ragsdale hitters are great also, but so far the NW pitching has passed the test. I can't wait for this one.

    But WHAT DO YOU MEAN you won't be there? I was planning on coming and bringing someone for you to meet. Get back with me.

    I know this is a first round topic but if Ragsdale wins and Glenn wins...how bout that match up between Glenn and Ragsdale...any thoughts on this one??

    Ragsdale and Glenn may end up playing each other,,,,,, but I'm going to defend the Ragsdale coach again when I say I'm quite sure he's not thinking about Glenn if he's got any smarts at all...
