    Carolina Curve

    Carolina Curve finishes in the Final 8 of tourney.

    Two nice wins today over Florida teams. 5-0 over Miami Wildcats, and 3-0 over West Pine-Diamond Dusters. Casey Faile, winning pitcher both games- 1 hitter and no-hitter

    5-2 loss to Cardinals

    Curve finishes with 8-1-1 record for the tourney

    Congrats to Ray C and the girls/Other NC teams fair well

    Great to have NC team win. Ray's LONG bench really pays off in Sunday endurance matches. Pitt County (NC) Rockets also impressive losing only once to the Gold Coast Hurricanes Gold team in ITB. This Rockets is a 16U-eligible team that went undefeated in the junior division at Aurora CO. Lots of college coaches watching their games.

    Not from the Cards but . . .

    Hot Times Format was 5 pool games Thurs - Sat then a 66 team single elim draw starting Sat afternoon. Winner (Cards} had to win 6 in elim. Five on Sunday.

    Good job Cardinals and Curve, as well as the WIldcats. Sounds like NC teams kicked some major BUTT! Hopefully see some of U in Plantation this week and in Raleigh next week. Good luck to all. :bananalam

    yep....Cardinals clicked this weekend and got to witness them play alot due to scheduling! Congratulations to the Cardinals!!! :applause:

    The Curve pitching is tuff and we know how Pitt County ROCKETS ROCKs!!
