    Many of you already have heard the news or may not know this family. Courtney Roberts dad Paul passed yesterday. Courtney plays for Hillcrest High School, SC and the Carolina Elite. (Signed with Campbell) Paul has done a lot for softball in SC. He was very instrumental in helping get Tony Genovese's team together in the beginning. Then known as Carolina Classics all you needed was Paul to vouch for your daughters ability and you were on the team. My daughter was one of those players that probably wouldn't be where she is today without his help. I know there are many of us with Carolina Elite that owe him a big THANKS! I would be hard to imagine Ton'y teams would be today without his help in the beginning.

    We are very sad now but I know Paul has gone to the next level and part of its top team!

    Please keep the Roberts family in your prayers.
