    I'm not guessing

I wont presume to know who'll win the game, but here's my prediction:
This will be one of , if not THE most exciting games of the year. Whoever wins will certainly deserve it!!! It's almost sad that these two teams have to meet so "early" in the playoffs. I know the third round isn't "early", but these are certainly two of the top four 4A teams in the state. Good luck to both. I only hope I can make it over to the game.

    I agree

I agree 2 great programs, 2 great pitchers, " BUT " I'll go with ND with home field advantage. Tuff to go into north and win !:clapclap:

It will be a tough game.... would love to see this one.

I agree that ND has a little bit of advantage with the home field. Could come down to their last at bat....

I am predicting a thriller.... ND 3-2 on an RBI single with 2 outs in the bottom of the 8th......

How is that for a prediction? :)

    Good luck to both teams.

Dawg, if it's like it was last year, the many fans that ND has takes up the seats down the base lines and back stop. The visiting team fans has to view the game from the outfield. The only thing I could see clearly was the scoreboard, and there wasn't anything going on there in a 1-0 game.

I think the North Meck vs Hopewell will be just as crowded as well as the Butler game. We need to get Time Warner to televise these high profile games.

We took up a good portion of the outfield last year also Comet. :laugh4:

Will be just as crowded this year if not more crowded.

No prediction here 2 groups of great players, great coaches, great fans.

    May the best team win.

    07 rematch

Last years attendance was estimated at 1800. I predict this years game at over 2000. Get there early if you want to see the game.
Most people think North got lucky last year with a backup catcher and a freshman at shortstop. Sometimes luck goes a long way.
Don't count Norths loss to C Davidson agianst them in this matchup. Leonard has to rank in the top three that I have seen. She is the real deal. Glosson wasn't sharp in that matchup because her team had been scoring 8 to 10 runs per game up to that point, so she could get by with coasting along. She got caught trying to knock the rust off her stuff, and in the meantime the CD batters were knocking the cover off the ball. Since then she seems to be back in her old form.
I'm going to chicken out on the prediction as to a winner, but I will say the winner will squeek by!
