    I'll trade you 2-1 with hateful PM's.:champagne:

Don't spend any time worrying about that stuff. If it is out of line, forward it to me and I'll take care of it.

Where do they get the stats and player profiles? From the players and parents? I'm sure that is interesting. :hihi:I would love to read those..."my dd is the best one on her team".

Adapting and playing to one's abilities...

I thought the atmosphere and competitive format was extremely productive for the girls involved, and allowed the coaches plenty of opportunity to observe...

Talent is in the eye of the beholder.....
Most coaches are looking for potential.....thus the word "coach"
Once a player finds her spot on a collegiate roster.... she is gonna be asked to change... some allot, some just a little... but change
will be something they have to adapt to....

If you think about it, the girls that participated in this event are certainly confident in their abilities.....

You have pitchers throwing to unknown catchers, and vise versa... middle infielders that have never worked together. etc.....all without any practices..

If you really watched the games, they all got better and more competitive as the weekend went on..... the girls adapted.... The first round games were a little sloppy, but by sunday afternoon, the level of play improved greatly....

    Great event....
