    Looking for some feedback on the Queen of Diamonds showcase tournament. Who's played it and what did you think? Are there a lot of college coaches? Is it really the place to get recruited? What did you think about the clinics before? What are the pros and cons?

    My daughter has participated in both the QDSN and QDSS Showcases. The coach for the D-I school that my daughter played for discovered her there. In my experience, I have seen lots of coaches at both showcases, but the number can fluctuate depending on whether there are other major showcase events going on at the same time.

    What we found to be even more beneficial was the recruiting instruction that Kirt Whiteside provides. If you follow his instruction and contact the coaches, you have a better chance of the coaches coming to see you. There are hundreds of girls at the showcases, and the coaches can't see all of them. Therefore, chances of being seen are much better if you contact the coach according to Kirt's instructions.
