    I doubt she can throw it 300 ft underhanded, but I really don't know. If she can stand at home plate and throw it out of the park to center field on a 200 ft fence she is in the 99% percentile.

    I am not saying she can't do it. Doesn't she pitch for SWR? If so, they will be at North Moore on Saturday. NM has a 222 ft fence. If she can stand at home plate and throw it out of the ball park I will buy you lunch and eat a little crow myself.

    Just don't make her daddy mad.....He's a BIGGGGGGGGGGGG Man...LOL..in Randolph County they don't use cherry pickers/ cranes to set light poles they just call Daniel to do it.....catch my drift !!!!

    Nicky Edwards from Southern Alamance is one of the best sophmore pitchers in the state.Girls who have had to face her in tb know who she is. Keep working hard girl. We love you.

    Pressure?

    You guys know how to promote and apply pressure to some young girls. Eighth graders have been known to change their minds about participating at all. Pressure removes the fun for most.

    achs has 3 good 1`s 2 fresh. and a soph. megan laxton is the soph and is doing a great job replacing emily pierce.jessica childers is 1 fresh and has a win over kings mt. and jeannie harrington is doing a great job on the jvs and has a win in the battle on the border early this season. also there is a 7th gr. in the county that is in the mid 50`s and works every day to get better.

    great for her, to be in the 50s in the 7th grade is tuff takes a lot of hard work!!
