    CFVC Strike Zone

    Over here in the Cape Fear Valley Conference, I have not seen a noticeable change in the strike zone until our game last night. And then it was not a tight zone by any stretch of the imagination - but wide open and hard to predict. We could be certain that pitches at the ankle would be called a strike, and likewise at the shoulders. Pitches 4" off the plate on the outside were an absolute strike zone. However, pitches straight down the middle at the waist were balls.

    Go figure LOL

    Move up....

    ......in the box, your batters will change the strike zone with their bats. I've never seen a pitch "called" a strike that got roped back where it came from.
