    Sonebody updated the Impact site in the past few days with "pitcher of the year" and "player of the year"....

    I saw that, but I paid as a new subscriber on 6/26 and have still not been able to gain access. So whoever is posting either doesn't know how to grant "new" subscribers access, or isn't authorized to do so.

    I received this from Andy the oher day:

    As far as the website, a 'tech' guy is working on the website as we speak. We had trouble getting in touch with the guy who designed the website (lives in TX). So, we had to get another 'tech' guy to fix it. It should be fixed soon.

    I saw this on the Impact site this evening:

    Alexander Dismissed From IMPACT

    Austin Alexander who spent 5 months working with Impact Baseball, Inc. has been permanently dismissed from the company as of Tuesday, January 3, 2006 announced Impact Baseball President Andy Partin.

    "As Impact Baseball approaches it's 5th year, we are extremely excited about all of the new projects we have in store for 2006. With the new website coming soon and all of the great events we have lined up this spring and summer, we can not wait to get going," said Partin.

    Apparently, this announcement unleashed an unholy virus that knocked out TBR for several hours. Thank goodness TBR was able to come out of it - unlike Impact's website last summer.:imagestor
